Though it's certainly high quality, it does have a flaw that, while we wouldn't consider it to be fatal, is definitely worth pointing out.

Warm soapy water (or even some Fleshwash, Fleshlight's own antibacterial sex toy cleaner) and a stint on Fleshlight's Air Dryer Stand are a perfect combo here - you can let it air dry without the dryer, but it'll take a couple of hours longer.
Cleaning the case is an even easier affair. Warm soapy water or sex toy cleaner is perfect here too - and it should air dry a fair bit quicker than the sleeve since it's made from plastic.
We would recommend against drying it with a towel. While plastic is not porous and doesn't harbor bacteria as well as TPE, a towel may still wipe some on the inside that could be picked up by the sleeve when you put it back in. Air drying is the way to go.
