Tried one of the replacement basic, and the suck & stroke masturbator replacement stoker sleeves. This Optimum Series is way better by far. Inside diameter is generous enough (for an average size guy) to allow pump vacuum to work as designed and move blood into the penis, yet still allow contact with the inside texture beads.
