    This is the second pump I bought, first from Enhanced Male. This one works great! The all metal pump is efficient and not crappy like all the plastic pumps are! The quick connect system works great.This cylinder is so much higher quality than the others. I recommend you follow the directions to order the correct size, like a few others I did not and had to order a larger size cylinder. The comfort pad is highly recommended as well as plenty of lube , which is needed each use. I bought this on Dr’s orders to help with Peyronie’s disease. So far I think it’s helping.

    Had to get a few sizes as the first one the 1.75” was a little restricted on my cock. Went for the large one next the 2.25” and that was too large so finally purchased the 2” tube and this feels great. Love wearing it and able walk round the flat with it on and holds pressure really well.
