My first pump ever, so it was a learning curve. I got a medium silicone pump sleeve to replace the original, as original was a little snug on me. Lube it up and slowly pumped. I pumped up to the 100mmHg(blue # on dial). Left it that way about 5 minutes. Sensation was nice. Did 3-4 sessions at 5 minute intervals. The most I can pump to as I'm still getting use to it is to about 150mmHg or .02MPa. I've read that you shouldn't go over 200mmHg. My results already after 2 weeks pumping every other day has made me about 1/4" longer and thicker in girth. My wife even noticed before I revealed to her the pump. Going to try to eventually get to every day pumping with about 5 minute sessions(pump, hold for 5 minutes, release, massage) for 4 times to keep results.It works, just go slow,watch your dial pressure, lube good and enjoy the pleasure and fullness.
