This is a great pump, the smart feature is awesome, however, the battery does not hold a charge good at all, one 20 minute use and it’s done. I must add, the customer support is outstanding; received a cracked pump, showed them a picture, without hesitation, they quickly had a new pump in the mail. Incredible staff.
First time pump purchase. I did scout about 5 different pumps for education, functions, cost. Pumps do not have to cost more than $100.00. Even A $100.00 is to much, you do need a Guage tho. Like the battery review down there is true. It will not hold a charge. I have to think a 2hr prep charge it doesn't get a full charge like 1 or 2 sometimes meter lights short. It does work but I'm expecting the battery system to fail. Maybe it won't but it's a 50/50.??
Once you get it to charge it must be used within the next 90 min or so. Most features just don’t work as advertised. Do not buy! Very disappointed.

This was the 2nd pump that I have used. I thought my first one was helping me with medical related ED, but was exploring alternative. This one, with the silicone gel insert looked interest so I took the plunge and bought it.
I’m very glad I did. This one takes the process to a new level for me and it is clearly helping with my ability to get and retain a normal erection AND seems to be helping with my overall sensitivity. And, with the gel insert it is very comfortable, unlike my previous one - which was not.
I’m happy that I found this.
