On the other hand, a male enema is designed to cleanse the entire anal track and injects water much further into the body. Originally, the term enema also referred to using an enema to insert a special laxative liquid into the body which helps you to go to the bathroom. People have been known to use natural enemas such as lemon juice or coffee but that is not always recommended.  Consult with your physician before using other compounds. Those are generally used for somebody about to get a colonoscopy or with constipation.  General tips for anal douching

• Before you start, first sit on a toilet and go to the bathroom.
• Always wash your hands and all the equipment.
• Lukewarm water will make the douching more comfortable and pleasant.
• To prevent damage to your anal area and rectum, keep water pressure lower
• Do not rinse out your rectum with a laxative or soap.
• Apply water-based lube in your ass and on the tip of the enema nozzle.
• Relax your sphincter and push the nozzle gently a few centimeters inside.
• Each time you rinse, let the water flow in slowly until your rectum feels full.
• Then sit down on the toilet and relax your sphincter, letting the water flow out along with the shit.

Anal Douche Bulb

 

• Always clean your enemas with hot water, soap, and anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner before and after every use,
• Fill the bulb up with luke-warm water. Make sure the water is not too hot. The temperature will feel warmer in your body then it will on your hand, so make sure you don’t go too warm, as you might find this uncomfortable or painful. (Each enema manufacturer recommends filling up their bulbs different, refer to the packaging for best use of your product)
• Attach the nozzle to the bulb and cover the nozzle with some water-based lubricant.
• Insert the nozzle very slowly into your rectum. Once inserted, you can start to compress the bulb to move the water through the nozzle into your body.
• Be careful with your compress to ensure that you do not allow the douche to suck the water from inside your body back into the douche. This will make cleaning it afterward a lot more difficult. It is essential that you sterilize it or you may reintroduce bacteria into your body. If you are concerned about this, look out for a douche with a one-way valve which will prevent this from happening.
• Once the bulb is completely depressed, remove the nozzle from your butt.
• Hold the water inside for about 15 seconds or longer. Basically, hold until you feel like you need to go to the bathroom.
• When you ready simply let it go into the toilet.
• Repeat this process until the water you expel runs clear.

 

Enema Bag

 

• Fill the bag with luke-warm water.
• Get in a comfortable position and insert the lubricated nozzle into your rectum.
• Now, you can either hang the bag up high above your body so that gravity will move the water down the tube, or you can lightly squeeze the bag to move the water down into your body.
• When the bag is empty remove the nozzle from your body.

How do I clean my douche or enema?

 

You need to thoroughly clean the tools after using them to ensure that you remove all bacteria. You can do this in a few different ways, depending on what kind of material you are dealing with. However, most enema and douche materials are made from strong, body-safe materials like silicone, abs plastic or metal so most of these methods should be totally fine.

Depending on your materials, you can also place all the pieces in boiling water to sterilize and disinfect them. I would still give them a good scrub first. Boil for 3 – 5 minutes.
