Though it's built using all the same technology and materials as a classic Fleshlight, its external orifice is quite unique - and its internal texture is honestly something you'll struggle to find elsewhere.
The Fleshlight Fantasy series, as its name suggests, is geared toward users with a lust for the fantastical; most are horror-themed, and Lilith Fukumoto, being a succubus, certainly fits the bill. Design & Features
Both the outside and the inside of this Fleshlight are inspired by Lilith Fukumoto, whose design is based on a succubus - hence the horns and wings you'll see in images of her. This mythical design inspiration carries over to her Fleshlight Fantasy stroker, making it stand out when compared to other Fleshlights, and the more outlandish designs in the Fantasy range. She's also anime-inspired, which explains the more human elements of the toy.
The external vagina orifice features quite a unique labia reminiscent of a pair of bat wings. While obviously different from a real woman's labia, it's quite a subtle design element that adds visual interest and stimulation while not alienating anyone who might not want an especially spooky orifice. We think it looks great - it's visually appealing and thematically relevant without looking ridiculous. However, since it's dead in the middle of the normal-scary spectrum, some might prefer something closer to one of the extremes.
You'll also find Lilith's signature printed near the orifice in Japanese characters, which is a nice touch of personalization. Last up for the visual design of the stroker is the flashlight-style case that Fleshlights are known for. Here you get a jet-black case which, while pairing well with Lilith's character design, is super simple, and not very interesting. It would've been nice to see some red highlights to match Lilith's outfit on the box, but we're nitpicking at this point. As always, you get a plastic lid cap and a twistable cap on the base of the toy that allows you to alter the internal airflow.
Taking a look inside, the Shokushu texture is super unique, intricate, and on point for the themes of the toy.
You have three chambers here, with the third chamber being the same as the first, only backward. The first and third chambers are very tight and feature ribbed tentacles - perfect for a hentai-inspired toy. In the first chamber, the tentacles are angled to face away from the entrance, and in the third chamber, they're angled towards the entrance. The second chamber (the middle one) is a little more open than the other two. It features short sections on either side of plain, non-ribbed tentacles to ease you in and out, and a cross-hatched section in the very centre.
Material Quality
As we've come to expect from Fleshlight at this point, the material quality here is very good. The hard plastic protective case feels smooth, premium, and durable. It's comfortable to hold on to for a long time, and it feels like it'd survive a good few knocks - as long as you don't throw it around your room too carelessly. Jokes aside, these cases are tried and tested, and have proved very reliable - treat it right and it'll last you a long time.
The material quality of the sleeve segment is arguably more important than that of the plastic case (since it's where you're sticking your penis) and we're happy to report that it's very high quality. Though it's part of a fairly unusual range of toys, the sleeve is made from the same patented Superskin material as the majority of other Fleshlights, which is a great thing. Superskin is thought to be a TPE blend that manages to be soft and stretchy while retaining a high level of realism.
If you've used a Fleshlight before you'll know it feels fantastic - and even better with a good splash of water-based lube. Now - we feel it's important to mention that this material combined with the specific design of the internal canal may raise certain hygiene issues, but we'll go further into that in the hygiene and maintenance section of this review. For now, though, we'll just say that you'll need to take extra care to clean this toy - which isn't really a huge problem.
Performance
Performance-wise, the Lilith Fukumoto Fantasy Fleshlight is quite impressive. With its tentacles, cross-hatched sections, and chambers of varying tightness, the Shokushu texture is very unique and pleasurable - we can see people getting a lot of mileage out of this stroker.
The chambered design is kind of ingenious; the tightness of the tentacles near the opening sucks you in and gives you lots of stimulation upfront before the second chamber gives you a breather with slightly reduced pressure - and then the third and final chamber works to throw you right back into the action, aggressively stimulating your penis head. It feels just as pleasurable on the way out too as you experience all the texture backwards.
Though it's a very tight texture, we found (and so did other users) that it's not quite as intense as you may expect.
That's not to say it isn't a stimulating toy - it's just not quite as over-the-top as the tightness, and the complexity of the texture, may suggest. As we mentioned, the middle chamber is less tight than the other two, which explains the dip in intensity. Honestly, this isn't really a complaint - it means it'll work well for both beginners and experts, and you'll probably still be able to use it for stamina training if you're not already used to the Fleshlight STU.
With the twistable cap on the base of the case, you can adjust the internal airflow, increasing and reducing the suction and tightness at will. This will probably come in handy for beginners who want to experience the unique texture without the extreme tightness.
Does it feel like a real succubus? Unfortunately, we have no idea. How about feeling like a real woman? Well, with regard to the feeling of the material, yes - Fleshlight Superskin has quite a realistic texture.
Whether or not the internal texture feels like a real vagina is another story, as the Shokushu texture is a bit too complex to feel like the real thing. However, we want to stress that we don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. We didn't go into this expecting it to feel exactly like a real woman - after all, it's based on an anime demon girl. If you want a highly lifelike Fleshlight, stick to the ranges that focus on realism - but if you want something a bit more fantastical, this one will really do the job.
FapCap Option & Compatibility
This stroker actually goes hand in hand with a device called the FapCap. The FapCap is a cylindrical device that attaches to the base of a Fleshlight (or other compatible masturbator) and uses Bluetooth and sensors to sync special interactive videos up to your strokes. It can also be used for stamina training, as it can sense how fast you're going.
While some automatic toys sync up strokes to what is happening onscreen, the FapCap does the opposite. It's designed to put you in control of the videos; the animated characters on screen will move following how you're stroking for a super immersive experience - in theory.
The FapCap has unfortunately gained a bit of a reputation for being a little underwhelming since a lot of the interactive content is "try not to cum!" style games using the stamina training stroke measurement features. These games are fun at first but they get a little repetitive after a few goes.
There is an AI feature that lets the animated models say your name, which lots of people will probably appreciate, but again - the novelty wears off fairly quickly.
To be fair, there are a couple of videos that are interactive in the interesting ways promised, but the low quantity means that, again, the novelty wears off fast. We won't claim to know how long it takes to produce these interactive videos, but it's certainly a shame that there's not much to actually play with here. There is definitely some merit to the device, but until there is a good library of content to enjoy, it's hard to fully recommend the FapCap.
Hygiene & Maintenance
Picking up from where we left off in the material quality section, Fleshlight's Superskin material combined with this toy's intricate internal canal means you'll have to put in extra effort to keep the toy clean.
Fleshlight's Superskin material is widely thought to be a TPE blend. Unlike silicone, TPE is a porous material, meaning it's full of tiny holes. These holes are good places for harboring bacteria - and bacterial growth in your sex toys can lead to infections if not cleaned thoroughly. That's where the complex texture comes in. Since the Shokushu texture is very intricate, it can be hard to really get in and clean all the nooks and crannies.
As we said though, this isn't a massive issue if you're careful. Turning the sleeve inside out can make it a lot easier to clean. You'll still have to take care, but you should be able to make things work with some warm, soapy water and antibacterial sex toy cleaner. Cleaning the plastic case is much easier - just give it a good wipe. Always air-dry your Fleshlight sleeves (or use a drying rack) before storage, and sprinkle them with renewing powder to keep them fresh.

Taking all of the above into consideration, we were quite impressed by the Lilith Fukumoto Fleshlight. Its unorthodox inspiration - an anime sexy succubus - allows for interesting designs both externally and internally, which really help spice things up when compared to a standard Fleshlight. Its unique labia (complete with bat wings) are fun to look at, and the complex Shokushu texture provides plenty of stimulation - it's a good time all around.
Furthermore, Fleshlight's high standards for material quality also help make this an extremely solid addition to anyone's collection of strokers, regardless of whether you have a penchant for animated demon girls. The very slight hygiene issues raised by the porous material and complex texture are quite easily mitigated with a careful approach to cleaning, which, to be quite honest, you should be taking with all your sex toys anyway.
