Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how our return process works:
- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Only items that meet these conditions are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns for refunds. Exchanges and store credit do not have a restocking fee.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. All returns must be sent back within 2 weeks of filing your claim to be eligible for a refund. Any items not returned within the 2-week window will be issued store credit only upon receipt of returned goods.
- Inspection Requirement: To ensure the integrity of our products, all returned items undergo an inspection. We can only accept items that are confirmed to be unopened and untampered.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened or used items are strictly non-returnable, except in cases where they are deemed defective. Please check the individual product page for specific return eligibility.
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number is crucial for processing your return.
- Shipping Your Return: Once you have your RMA, send the product back to us. Remember to include the RMA number and the completed return paperwork with your package.
- Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval, or that do not meet our return criteria, will be automatically rejected and disposed of.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under our satisfaction guarantee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Important Notes: To maintain the highest standards of health and safety for both our customers and employees, we strictly adhere to this policy. Returns of open or used items are not accepted under any circumstances unless the product is defective.
If returning a defective item, pictures and/or video proof will be required.

To be eligible for free returns you must meet the following qualifications.
- Items must be unopened and unused.
- You must take your return in the form of store credit or product exchange only.
- Domestic orders only, international orders do not qualify.
NOTE: If a package was shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error, we reserve the right to charge an additional $9.00 to reship to an updated address.
* For all international orders the buyer is responsible to know all applicable laws and regulations. The Enhanced Male is not responsible for any orders seized by customs or any other foreign government. If a package is returned to shipper by customs, buy will receive a refund less the original shipping costs plus any addition return shipping costs incurred.
