The quick connect system works great.This cylinder is so much higher quality than the others. I recommend you follow the directions to order the correct size, like a few others I did not and had to order a larger size cylinder. The comfort pad is highly recommended as well as plenty of lube , which is needed each use. I bought this on Dr’s orders to help with Peyronie’s disease. So far I think it’s helping.

This is the first penis pump I’ve brought and I was very impressed with the way it felt and the amount of suction it had on my cock.
Had to get a few sizes as the first one the 1.75” was a little restricted on my cock. Went for the large one next the 2.25” and that was too large so finally purchased the 2” tube and this feels great. Love wearing it and able walk round the flat with it on and holds pressure really well.
I followed the instructions and it works just like you want, air tight seal so once you get it on , it holds the desired pressure. The flange at the base is very comfortable. I also like that it’s clear tubing , so I can see what’s going on better with the growing of my unit.
